1. That you will not post any content that:

• Contains offensive, profane, harassing, defamatory, inappropriate, racist, threatening, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material;
• Contains slanderous or libelous comments about other users.
• Contains personal information about any individual;
• Violates the privacy of any other individual or entity;

2. I understand that the Chat room, Forum, Blog or Testimonial Areas are an open forum to meet with other people who are listening to 1Faith FM or using other features from the 1faithfm.com website.

3. Posting commercial messages or messages promoting a product is prohibited and will result in the source computer being banned from using the Chat room, Forum, Blog or Testimonial Areas. This means that if your company uses 1 IP for their network, the whole company will be effected!

4. Soliciting for participants for Internet Radio focus groups, Radio research, or school research projects expressly prohibited. You

5. Posting messages that contain objectionable material may result in a suspension of access and/or the source computer to be banned from using the chat rooms.

6. All chat rooms generate logs of chats, and have access to computer source IP's.

7. Chat room, Forum, Blog or Testimonial Areas are not moderated all of the time. Parents should supervise their children at ALL times!

8. All Chat room, Forum, Blog or Testimonial Areasblock certain inappropriate language but cannot block all words and phrases that might be deemed unacceptable to everyone.

10. People who violate the terms of services can have the source computer banned by Chat Room, Forums, Blogs or Testimonal areas, monitors at their sole discretion.
